I Help People Remember Who They Are

Not the version shaped by survival. Not the identity built around expectations.

The original blueprint beneath it all.

For most of my life, I've been a pattern recognizer. I naturally see how systems work, how people move through the world, and how invisible forces shape the decisions we make about love, leadership, money and purpose.

I grew up navigating poverty and survival while consciously searching for a way to rewrite the trajectory I inherited. Over time, I learned to move between worlds -- between strategy and intuition, systems and spirit, structure and transformation.

My life's storms deepened that understanding.

I've experienced some of the deepest layers of grief, healing and spiritual awakening. Those seasons required me to confront inherited patterns and rebuild my identity from the inside out.

Through that process, I realized something powerful...

The Entrepreneurial Journey and the Spiritual Journey are the Same Path

Both ask you to face your conditioning, rewrite the stories you've been living inside of, and design a life that reflects who you truly are.

As the Founder of Operations School (OSchool), I've helped thousands of entrepreneurs move from chaos to clarity by creating operational structures that allow their ideas to grow sustainably.

But beneath every operational challenge was always something deeper -- patterns.

Patterns in leadership. Patterns in money. Patterns in identity and relationships.

Today my work brings those worlds together. I combine my work as a strategist and systems architect with my intuitive ability to recognize the deeper patterns shaping a person's life and leadership.

Together, we identify the operating systems built through survival and consciously rebuild them so your external life aligns with who you truly are.

You don't need to become someone new, you simply need to remember who you are and build from there.
